Federal Group

Our Corporate & Commercial team advised Federal Group on the sale of its Tasmanian-owned 9/11 Bottle Shop business to Liquorland (Australia) Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of ASX-listed Coles Group Limited.

Federal Group divested all 20 of its 9/11 stores across Tasmania. Our team advised on all aspects of the transaction, from preparing and negotiating key sale documents through to completion. The transaction had many complexities, including seven settlement dates, and was successfully finalised in June 2024.
